She is survived by: her children, Allen (Laureen Lentz), Tom (Linda Lentz), Wayne (Chris Lentz) and Linda (Stephen Morgan) of Grayville, IL; her grandchildren, Brian Lentz, Katrina Lentz, Allen Lentz Jr., Laura Lentz and David Lentz; her great grandchildren, Leia Lentz, Kalani Lentz, Malia Lentz and A. J. Mendoza; and her cousin Lucille Burton.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Mayanne's memory may be made to First Christian Church of Grayville and will be accepted by Roberts and Cook Funeral Service who has been entrusted with the arrangements.
