He is survived by: his parents, Luke Gillingham and Maddie Gillingham (Nichols); his grandparents, Eric Nichols, Kathryn Nichols, Richard and Rebecca Gillingham; and his great-grandparents, Ruth Holtmann and John Nichols. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
