With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy L. Pembrook of Greenfield, Illinois, who passed away on July 15, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his brother Bob Pembrook (Lois). He is survived by : his wife Lois Ferne Crouch; his sons, Larry (Cindy) of Greenfield, Randy (Mary Jo) of Hampstead, N. C., Steve (Susie) of Bunker Hill and Michael "Mick" (Sandy) of Greenfield; and his sister Susie Stuart (Jim) of Roodhouse. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-six great grandchildren.

Memorials are suggested to the Greenfield Fire Protection District, the Tiger Backer Booster Club, or the First Baptist Church.

“To the entire Pembrook family: I want to send my condolences. He lived a long and wonderful life. It is beyond amazing that he had 17 Grandchildren and 26 Great grandchildren. It was also just wonderful how he lived his life to the fullest right up until the end with family and friends. May his memory be a blessing.
