We bid farewell to Stanley Rives of Greenfield, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 14, 2026 at the age of 65. Stanley touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Newell Rives and Rosemary Rives (Medaris); his father-in-law Delroy Sowada; and his brothers-in-law, Gregory and Terrance Sowada.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sowada; his stepson Michael Sowada of Tampa, FL; his brothers, Stephen and Stewart of Greenfield; and his siblings-in-law, Lynn Juarez, Karen Sowada, Patricia Gardener, Roger and Alan Sowada.
