She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Scritchlow and Lois Scritchlow (Bartlet); and her brothers, Terry (Joan), K. Wayne and Glenn.
She is survived by: her husband Randy Hurt; her daughter Kathy of Greenup, IL; her sister-in-law Joni Scritchlow of Bloomington, IL; her nephews, Ryan Scritchlow (Carrie) and Miles Scritchlow (Monica); and her niece Aly Scritchlow McGee (Derek). She is also survived by 9 great-nieces and nephews, a host of cousins, and her beloved pets.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Cumberland County Animal Control or Effingham County Animal Shelter and control.
