She was predeceased by: her father Ronnie Dean Sr.; her nephews, Bryce and R. D. Carlen; and her in-laws, Floyd "Pete" and Floris Feltner.
She is survived by: her mother Elaine Carlen (Gentry); her husband Bruce; her children, Sierra Feltner (Anthony) and Josh Feltner (Sophia); her siblings, Ronnie Dean Jr. Carlen (Linda), Randy Carlen (Donna), Dirk Carlen (Debbie) and Robyn Morgan (Greg); and her grandchildren, Adriana, George, Hunter, Emysern and Archer.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, Cathy's wishes were for monetary donations to go to the ERBA Food Bank- 115 South Kentucky St. Greenup, Illinois 62428.
