Though Leland Ralph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Leland Ralph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Ralph Shobe Sr. and Myrta "Tootsie" Bell Jones; and his brother Larry Shobe. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary and Loren Shobe.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Veteran Memorial at Courthouse Lawn (1 Courthouse Square, Toledo, IL 62468).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Cumberland Rehab Activity Fund.
