He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Case and Marion Case (Martin); his son Scott; and his sister Madelyn Case. He is survived by: his wife Marian Deckard; his son Jeff Case (Shelly); his grandchildren, Hannah Case and Ryan Case; his great grandchild Dean; and his brother Jim Case.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mott & Henning Funeral Home (206 N Main St, Athens, IL 62613). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
