Phillips of Greenview, Illinois, born in Harvey, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Phillips and Peggy Phillips (Morgan). He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Joe Day (Kati), Amy West (Jim), Brian Phillips (Cassandra Hustedt) and Andy Phillips; his grandchildren, Liam West, Leo Day and Eden West; and his brothers, Mike Phillips (Marlene) and Dave Phillips.
