He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanton Mundy and Peggy Mundy; and his sister Sheryl Montgomery. He is survived by: his son Jesus; his wife Jackie; his children, Stacey Leach (Roger), Paige Mundy, Scott Mundy and Brook Mundy (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Kobi Mundy (Loretta) and Caitlyn Karver; his siblings, Diane Weller, Mike (Janet Mundy) and Ron; and his sister-in-law Stephanie Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
