It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary D. Terry of Greenville, Illinois, who passed away on August 23, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Edward and Dessie Fern Terry (Stewart); his stepfather Murl K. Snow; and his siblings, Sandra K. Simmonds, Doris Marcks and Bradley.

He is survived by : his wife Pat of Greenville, IL; his sons, John Anthony 'Tony' Terry (Becky) of Missouri, Duane Terry of Greenville, IL and Michael D. Terry of Greenville, IL; his grandchildren, Taylor Terry of Missouri, Mason M. Terry of Greenville, IL, Garrett R. Terry of Greenville, IL and Lily M. Terry of Greenville, IL; and his sister Dee Tevis of Smithboro, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Burial: Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Coffeen, IL, Memorial contributions may be given to the Woburn Baptist Church, 1513 Woburn Ave., Greenville, IL 62246. The family asks that donations be made in lieu of flowers, plants, and other gifts as church and faith were an important part of his life.
