He is survived by : his girlfriend Violet Turner; his children, Chris Kampwerth (Margo) of Carlyle, Terry Kampwerth (Nicole) of Carlyle and Scott Kampwerth (Paula) of Carlyle; his grandchildren, Danny Kampwerth (Drew), Jared Kampwerth, Jordan Gregory (Allison), Keegan Kampwerth Gavin Kampwerth, Addison Kampwerth and Parker Kampwerth; his brothers, Frank Kampwerth (Lucille) and Roland Kampwerth; and his parents-in-law, Fred Meyer (Linda), Jim Meyer (Erika), Pam Meyer and John Meyer (Sherry). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
