He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Clark (Tom) of Greenfield, Wisconsin; his granddaughters, Stephanie Phillips (Jason) of Carterville and Emily Malan of Greenville, Illinois; and his siblings, Avis Bergen of Leander and Donna Bellinger of Seattle.
