He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Grusy and Elizabeth Zimmerman Grusy; his son Alan Grusy; his sisters, Genevieve Hendrichs (Reid) and Kathleen Kaufman (Roger); and his brother-in-law Robert Hany.

He is survived by: his wife Irma Sommer of Gridley; his children, Penny Grusy, Franklin James Grusy (Kathy) of Middlebury, IN and Timothy Grusy (Jennifer) of Gridley, IL.; and his grandchildren, Christie Grusy, Stephanie Shah (Raj), Joe Grusy (Shalani), Brittany Jurek (Todd), Jackie Grusy and Alan Grusy (Katie).

Memorial contributions can be made to the EPG Booster Club or to GEMS.
