He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace T. Hooker and Edna Marie Case Hooker; his siblings, Mildred Rensch, Dixie Bohn, Mary Thompson, Dr. Raymond Hooker, Wesley Hooker and Charles Hooker; and his grandchildren, Jessica Wassell, Lucas and Emily Wassell.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Isham (Mark) of Pittsfield, IL, Christina Wassell of Pittsfield, IL and Ryan Hooker (Jeanette) of Douglasville, GA.; his grandchildren, Jamie Hooker (Lisa), Derek Hooker (Brittney), Matthew Wassell and Bradley Wassell (Callie); and his great grandchildren, Zak, Jacob, Matthew Hooker, Avanna Hooker, Hannah and Sadie Wassell.
Memorials are suggested to be made to May Cemetery or Pike County All Wars Museum.
