Lloyd Marion Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lloyd Marion of Groveland, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Marion and Elsie Marion (Casey); his wife BJ; his sons, Steven and Larry Marion; and his siblings, Harry Marion and Lucille Slagel.

He is survived by: his sons, Robert Marion of East Peoria and Stanley Marion (Belinda) of Groveland; and his stepchildren, Susan Runyon-Davis (Michael) of Clarksville, Carol Jean Runyon of Wesley Chapel, Patricia Postma (Joel) of Phoenix and Daniel Runyon of Tampa, Florida. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 13 step grandchildren; and 12 step great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to First United Methodist Church in Peoria or a charity of the donor's choice.
