He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Neves and Theresa Correia Neves. He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Neves; his children, Debra Martin (Kenneth Grey), Lisa Neves (Tina Monte), Steven Gaulin (Jeanne), Sandra Fayerweather (William) and David Gaulin (Denise); his sister Mary St. Pierre; his daughter Donna Neves; and his siblings, Edmond Neves, Antonio Neves and Madeline Horta. He is also survived by grandchildren, and a host of cherished great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
