Alfred Richter Obituary

The memory of Alfred Richter in Gurnee, Illinois, who passed away on December 29, 2025 at the age of 99, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hildegard Richter and Konrad Richter; and his wives, Doris Normile Richter and Ann Trowbridge Lawrence Richter. He is survived by: his children, Jim Richter (Laurie Friedman), Fred Richter, Carol Wicks (Scott), George Richter (Mary Timmons) and Gaye Crosby (Mark); and his stepchildren, David Lawrence (Cheryl Haggarty), Robert Lawrence (Barbara Cooper), Katherine Roos (Phil) and Philip Lawrence (Juana Gomez). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; thirteen step grandchildren, nine step great-grandchildren and many beloved relatives and friends.
