She is survived by: her sons, Samuel Frierson of Muskegon, Michigan, Ronny Coleman (Vladek Jusziewicz) of Yucca Valley, California and Robert Carson of North Chicago, Illinois; her sister Lorine McBride of Muskegon, Michigan; and her friend Claudine Jarrett.
