She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewel Ray and Inez Ray; her daughter Retta Lynn Tinkes (Deacy); her grandson David William Tinkes; and her brother James Mac Ray (Patricia).
She is survived by: her husband Olen Thomas Tinkes; her children, Thomas Ray Tinkes (Cheryl) and Felicia Lenore Rhodes (Todd); and her siblings, Allen Ray (Peggy), Roger Ray (Patti), Linda Ray Lefler (Jim) and Barbra Pierce. She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
