In the sacred silence of farewell, Daniel is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Daniel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He is survived by: his children, Brittni Gholson and Daniel Hagstrom Jr.; his granddaughters, Aleyah Gholson and Kylee Gholson; and his siblings, Carl Hagstrom and Cathy Vonallmen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Gurnee Funeral Home (4190 Old Grand Ave, Gurnee, IL 60031). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Fatman's.
