It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvina Esther Bennett (Gurnee, Illinois), who passed away on April 24, 2026, at the age of 103, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jon Peacy and Mable Peacy; her former husband Roy Paquette; her husband Bernard Bennett of Cormick's Restaurant; her son Douglas Paquette; her daughter-in-law Linda; and her son Robert Paquette (Patricia).
She is survived by: her children, Rodney Paquette (Linda) and Shelley Buckholtz (Richard); her grandchildren, Rob Paquette (Hahn), Marc Paquette (Kathy), Danielle Dulzer (Steve), Mandy Dwyer (Joe), Justin Paquette (Ann), Mike Paquette (Lynn), Joey Paquette (Heather), Tom Paquette, Dan Paquette, Jordan Zemanek (Emil) and Jake Buckholtz; and her great grandchildren, Robin Dulzer, Tim Dulzer, Janine Wordette (Samantha), John Paquette, Sydney Dwyer, Colton Dwyer, Connor Paquette, Claire Paquette, Liam Paquette, Annabelle Paquette, Harrison Paquette and Lylah Paquette.
