He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Thorn and Athel Thorn; his wife Shirley Hudson; and his siblings, Ruby (Shannon), Paul, Cullin (Margaret), JC (Claudine) and Robbie (Roy).
He is survived by: his children, Michele (Bill), Kevin (Tammy) and Darryl (Kim); his grandchildren, Garrett (Ashley), Kayle (Alex), Karissa, Tyler, Lauren (Hunter) and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Bella, Bryson, Maison, Weston, Oakley and Blaze; and his sister-in-law Velma Miner. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Warren Funeral Home (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the Warren Cemetery (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
