He is survived by: his wife Anita Stephens; his children, Anthony Stephens (Diana), Jody DeSouza (Eddy), Kevin Stephens (Sarah) and Jason Stephens (Shari); his sisters, Geraldine Meuller and Sandra Hejka; and his grandchildren, Jonathon Stephens, Addilyn Stephens, Catherine Weaver and Norah Stephens.
