He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Virginia O'Neill; and his siblings, Tim and Sandy. He is survived by: his children, John (Damara), Kim (Tony), Matthew, Kelly (Derek), Megan, Kevin (Erica) and Daniel; his sisters, Denise, Judy (Doug), Mary (Tom) and Patty (Mark); and his former wife Diane. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Warren Funeral Home (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Warren Cemetery (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
