It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark William Klemm Sr. of Gurnee, Illinois, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Klemm and Lois Klemm; his brother Michael Klemm; his father-in-law Ronald Dolence Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Patty Klemm and Ken Smith; and his niece Hailey Klemm.
He is survived by: his wife Michele Klemm; his children, Edwin Klemm, Lissa Klemm, Mark Klemm Jr. (Candace) and Dana Lainio; his grandchildren, Zach Klemm-Fye (Autumn), Grace Klemm, Austin Klemm, Brianna Lainio, Connor Lainio, Lilyana Klemm, Ciara Robinson, Isabella Robinson and Johnny Robinson; his great grandchildren, Ariella Klemm-Fye and Adelynn Klemm-Fye; his siblings, Martin Klemm (Chris), Maryl Smith and Margie Klemm; his mother-in-law Phyllis Dolence; and his in-laws, Ron Dolence Jr., Mark Dolence and Kelly Glabowicz (John). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 6:30 PM. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at the Marsh Funeral Home (305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
