She was predeceased by: her husband Karl H. Heuer; her parents, Elmer Walton and Fredricka Walton; her granddaughter Renae Fogerty; her siblings, John Walton (Dorothy), Richard Walton (Barb), Clifford Walton (Sharon), Bob Walton (Carol), George Walton (Cathy), Gordon Walton (Sandy) and Kay Priddy (Walt); and her nephews, Keith Brandt, William Walton, Robert Walton Jr. and Jon Howlett.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Scanlan of Modesto, CA, Linda Fogerty of Yuma, AZ and William Heuer (Ronna) of Palm Bay, FL; her grandchildren, Paul "PJ" Scanlan, Chris Fogerty (Salena), Ashley Ryan (Patrick), Corey Fogerty, Kristen Leifel (Drew), Kailey Barron (Bryan) and Kyle Heuer; her great grandchildren, Ben Barron and AJ Leifel; her siblings, Gene Walton (late Sharon), Dean Walton, Jason Walton, Vivian (late Wally), Howlett, Barbara Casperson (late Bob), Linda Lesner (Lee) and Joyce Kinch (Steve); and her sister-in-law Sandy Walton (late Gordon). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Mary also received several awards from employment and her work serving others including, Candy Day Chairperson of the Year, Melvin Jones from Lions of Illinois Foundation.
