He is survived by: his wife Noreen; his children, Dave Miller (Kristi), Michelle Ralph (Ken), Patricia Bowser (Jack Jr.) and Larry Miller (Jodi); his grandchildren, Sam (Nicki), Ben, Adam, Jessica, Erin (Joey), Lauren, Lawson, Nick and Jake; and his great grandchild Henry. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
