He is survived by: his children, Cindy Daley of Gurnee, IL, Sharon Lopez (Gerald) of Waukegan, IL, Tammy Bockrath (Dan) of Bristol, WI and Scott Vogt of Bristol, WI; his grandchildren, Christopher, Brett, Samantha, Brandon, Devin, Courtney and Kaitlyn; and his brother Denny (Penny) of San Diego. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
