He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughter Carol; the mother of his child Lillian; his siblings, James Clampitt (Karen), Patrick Clampitt (late Pam), Doris Jean Clampitt and Carol Fletcher (David); and his grandsons, David (Naomi), Joseph (Rachel) and Robert Long (Marie). He is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers masses preferred or donations to Advocate Condell Hospice.
