He is survived by: his nieces, Penny Conner Watson, Sarah Watson Steffes and Genie Watson Funk; his nephew David Gene Watson; his spouse Lanell Bugg; his daughter Latricia Roberta Foreman Rodriguez (Julian); his grandchildren, Jeanie Rodriguez, Robert Rodriguez (Kaitlin) and Lanora Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Nicollette, Cynthia, Sonya, Michael Quinto, Alec, Avyanna, Robert Julian Rodriguez II, Carlos Sanchez, Shane Foreman and Amber Miklovic; and his great great grandchildren, Johnathan, Nova, Jason, Olivia and Jordan.
