She is survived by: her children, Dean Bastounes, Rene' Haisma (Tom), Greg Bastounes (Linda) and Heather Truckenbrod (John); her grandchildren, Leah and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Ruby, Nick, Dina and Chloe.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Warren Funeral Home (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Warren Cemetery (1475 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031).
