He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Edwards (Carney); and his wife Marcia. He is survived by: his father Arthur Edwards; his children, Julie Mandzij (Edwards), Gary Edwards (Kim) and Janet Meeson (Edwards); his stepchildren, Christie Hall (Burkitt) and Paul Burkitt; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Sawyer, Ashlynne (Jake), Sydney, Isaiah, Samantha, Morgaine (Brian) and Mallory (Eric); and his sister Susan Sarocka (Edwards).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Dismas Church (2600 Sunset Ave, Waukegan, IL 60085).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes donations to the Alzheimer's Association http://www.alz.org.
