He was predeceased by : his parents, Willard Campbell and Vance Denission Campbell; and his wife Susan J. Zetterman. He is survived by : his children, Laura Rockey (Matt) of Island Lake, IL and Matt Campbell (Kelly) of Keokuk; and his grandsons, Ryan, Gavin Rockey, Sullivan and Reese Campbell. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews.
