She was predeceased by: her parents, John Happs and Rachel Mae Jenkins Happs; her daughter Tammy Rash; her great grandchild Owen Hornung; and her siblings, Vickie Happs and Raymond Happs.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry Craig Fojtik (Joanie) of Keokuk and Richard Charles "Chuck" Evermon of Keokuk; her grandchildren, Timmy Hornung, Mia Fojtik, Halley Evermon and Brittany Evermon; and her siblings, John Happs, Jerry Happs, Ricky Happs, Stanley Happs, Connie Powers, Chris Priebe, Joann McVeigh, Tracey Shuman and Donna Kay. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
