It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith Ann Loter of Hamilton, Illinois, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Laurance K. Frakes and Edith J. Frakes (Alberts); and her husband Robert Loter. She is survived by : her children, Jackie Householder of Broken Arrow, Leisa McCredie (Jerry) of Eutis, Florida and Todd Loter of Hamilton, Illinois; and her close friend Wilma Emmerson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, one sister-in-law.

Memorials may be directed to Habitat for Humanity.
