He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Symmonds and Shirley Symmonds (Hasten); his brother Jim Symmonds; and his brother-in-law Bill Kemper. He is survived by: his wife Donna Symmonds of Hamilton, IL; his children, Lois Symmonds of Keokuk, IA, Terry Symmonds (Amanda) of Keokuk, IA, Amber Symmonds (Shawn Turnbull) of Ft. Madison, IA and Pam Garlick (Matt) of Macomb, IL; his grandchildren, Travis, Michael, Dalton, Joseph, Jennifer, Terry Jo, Krysta, Reiburn, Reilynn and Cassady; his sisters, Lydia Kemper and Violet Steele; and his stepmother Joyce Symmonds. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
