With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracey Wayne Spencer (Hamilton, Illinois), born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on October 13, 2023 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ray Spencer and Beverly Spencer (Brown). He is survived by : his brother Timothy Spencer of Dardanelle, Arkansas; and his uncles, Vincent Brown (Starr) of Altoona and Thomas Brown (Debbie) of Keokuk, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
