She was predeceased by : her parents, Lyle Nelson and Evelyn Nelson (Carlson); and her brother-in-law Pete Carlson. She is survived by : her husband Robert Coeur; her son Will Coeur (Sarah) of Ankeny, IA; and her siblings, Patricia Carlson of Taylor Ridge, IL, Stan Nelson (Paula) of Joy, IL and Janet Zink (Terry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hamilton United Methodist Church or to the Quad City Animal Recovery Team.
