It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Joseph Gray of Hamilton, Illinois, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on April 4, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Bride and Willa Delores Gray (Lower). He is survived by : his wife Elaine Steimel of Hamilton; his children, William Cary Gray (Lisa) of Hamilton, Carla Jean Farley (James) of Omaha, NE, Caron Jo Gray of Omaha, NE, Craig Joseph Gray (Lucia) of Mahtomedi, MN and Christopher Alexander Gray (Misty) of Nixa, MO; his grandchildren, Lindsey Henson (David), Courtney Newcomer (Brad), Caleb Gray (Jenny), Logan Gray (Rebecca), Sarah Gill (Benjamin), Joseph Farley (Tabatha), Michael Minckler, Amanda Minckler, Marin Gray, Connor Gray, Maddi Gray and Hudson Gray; his great grandchildren, Grady, Emma Henson, Avery, Abby Newcomer, Liam, Fiona, Isabel Gray, Fulton Gray, Ronan and Torrin Gill; and his sister Julie Might of Morrisville, NC..
