Gladys Martin Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gladys Martin in Hammond, Illinois, who passed away on March 13, 2026 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Topinka and Tillie Topinka; and her husband Maurice Martin. She is survived by: her children, Michael Martin (Nancy), Gary Martin and Vicki Walker (Tom) of Coal Valley, IL; her grandchildren, Amy Martin, Trevor Walker, Hillary Walker-Bassford (Richard), Courtney Requeno (Rocky) and Austin Martin (Gloriann); and her great grandchildren, Brady Walker, Colton Requeno and Miley Martin. She is also survived by several other great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given in Gladys' name to the family which will be distributed by the family to Hammond Henry's Long Term Care for resident clothing protectors or to other local community groups.
