He was predeceased by : his father-in-law Raymond Sagan; his sibling-in-law Thomas Sagan (Candy); and his grandmother Angela "G. G.". He is survived by : his wife Eileen; his children, Colleen Patricia Finch and Timothy Charles Finch; his parents, Llana Finch and Charles H. Finch; his siblings, Lori Elson (Robert) and Robert Finch (Kim); his mother-in-law Patricia; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Sagan, Kathleen McCaffrey (John), Timothy Sagan (Mary Patt), Maureen Osborne (Oz) and Daniel Sagan (Mary Kay).

“Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends my husband a truck driver and I stopped to help Mr finch when it took place putting the fire out and then sitting with him till help got there so sorry for the outcome of the whole thing nothing we hope to ever have to witness ever again so sad and heart breaking. Again with deepest sympathy we are so sorry for your loss.”
