He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Koerner and Rosemary Koerner (Schultz). He is survived by: his wife Kay Koerner (Bicknese); his daughter Lora Kuehl (John); his grandchildren, Finley Kuehl and Rowan Kuehl of Oregon, Wis.; his sister Donna Jo Eberly (David) of Hampshire, Ill.; and his brother-in-law Kim Bicknese (Michele) of Genoa, Ill.. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews; and a treasured circle of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent directly to the family, to be dispersed equally between the Hampshire Athletic Booster Club and the Crystal Lake Central Athletic Booster Club.
