John Kotlarchik Obituary

The memory of John Kotlarchik of Hanover Park, Illinois, who passed away on September 23, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kotlarchik and Erma Kotlarchik (Kotera); and his sibling Jean Marie Yoder (Kotlarchik). He is survived by: his former wife Barb Lira of Elgin; his children, Karen Schulte (Michael) of Gallatin, TN and Steven Kotlarchik of Sycamore, IL; his grandchildren, John Garrett, Jason Wyatt, Mackenzie Patricia and Sarah Grace; and his niece Marie Surles (Yoder). He is also survived by other neighbors and friends.
