With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra S. Holz of Hanover Park, Illinois, who passed away on February 5, 2026 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sandra had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Sandra may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James W.; her sons, Adam Smith (Alicia) and Michael Smith (Nicole); her grandchildren, Austin, Cameron, Benjamin and Carsyn; and her brothers, Gary Kirkpatrick and Michael Kirkpatrick (Connie). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
