She was predeceased by: her parents, John Rogers and Darlene Rogers (Doerr); her husband Frank Cassidy; her daughter Leanna Mulkins; and her grandson William Meyer.
She is survived by: her children, John Mulkins, Ada Mulkins, Robert Mulkins (Donna) and Sheryl Wren. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gress, Kallal & Schaaf Funeral Home - Hardin (207 S County Rd, Hardin, IL 62047). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Indian Creek Cemetery.
