She was predeceased by: her father Roy McClusky; her siblings, Brenda Hefner, Betty Riley, Bob and Chuck McClusky; her grandson Cody Cowger; and her great great grandchild Greyson Brown.

She is survived by: her mother Gladys McClusky (Slaton); her siblings, Mary Turner, Gary McCluskey and Toby McClusky; her children, Karen Cowger (Greg) of Carriermills Illinois, Janet Crews of Omaha, Illinois, Kevin Sisky of Michigan, Kim Thompson of Harrisburg, Illinois and Johnny Sisky (Becky) of Oregon; her grandchildren, Richard Cooper (Brittany) of Browns, Illinois, Crystal Ellinghausen (Brian) of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, Tiffany Hayes of Carrier Mills, Illinois, Amber Gibbs (Josh) of Washington, Indiana, Melissa Thompson (John Curtis) of Ledford, Illinois, Hannah Tippy (Noah) of Harrisburg, Illinois, Kevin Sisky of Michigan and Nick Cowger of Carrier Mills, Illinois.; and her great grandchildren, Shelby Gallamore, Alexis, Mackenzie Smith, Jonathan Williams, Elizabeth, Zayla Hayes, Jordan Curtis, Emmett Tippy, Krista Cowger, Kaylee, Rylee, Cori, Tynzlee Cooper, Maysa Moore, Brevin, Blaize Oxford and Paislee Cowger. She is also survived by 13 great-great-grandchildren.
