He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard Clemmons and Margaret Lenox Clemmons; and his sister Virginia Alexander. He is survived by: his wife Lynda; his grandchildren, George Clemmons, Eliza, Alice Blackorby and Loula Barnes; his sister Margaret; his siblings-in-law, Wayne Anderson, Bea and Bob Luce; Dallas, Beth Clemmons of Lake Forest, CA, Melinda Clemmons Blackorby, Jose Blackorby of Oakland, CA, Alisa Barnes and Christine Pirrone of Oakland, CA. He is also survived by many cousins as well as nieces and nephews.
