He is survived by: his wife Ann Hamilton; his children, Brian Rogers of Salmon, ID, Mark Rogers (Cheri) of Bourbonnais, IL, Connie Jazwiecki (Brian) of Mountain, WI and Keith Rogers (Lucinda) of Eldorado, IL; his stepson Christopher Hamilton (Kim) of Chatham, IL.; and his grandchildren, Krissy LaMont of Boise, ID, Kathy Miller (Josh) of Challis, ID, Debbey Sygit (Junior) of Salmon, ID, Abigail Wade, Rebecca Rogers of Bourbonnais, IL, Cory Jazwiecki (Megan) of Shawano, WI, Anthony Jazwiecki (Brianna) of Farmington, MN, Madeline Rogers, Lydia Rogers of Richmond, Kentucky, Kari Caldwell (Henry) of Melissa, TX, Alexa Hamilton and Cole Hamilton of Chatham, IL. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are to be made to the Carrier Mills First Methodist Church in Dave's memory.
