She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Hogg and Audie Hogg (Hicks); her husband Everett Dee Payne; her children, Donna Jean Payne and Ronnie Payne; and her great grandchild Devon Paul.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Payne (Beth) of Center Point, Indiana and Randy Payne (Tracy) of Bethalto, Illinois; her grandchildren, Julie, Joshua, Melissa, Ashley, Ryan, Taylor, Joe, Kelsi, Kristen, Brandon, Meaghan and Madison; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Emily, Sarah, Alex, Avery, Hunter, Jackson, Reagan, Haley, Rylee, Tori, Andi, Leo of Cash, RJ, Gabe, Brayden and Fynlee.
